A client update should help someone decide what happens next. Start with the page and customer journey you reviewed, then name the finding that deserves attention. Use plain observations: which link returned an error, which page title was missing, or which check could not be completed. Do not estimate lost sales without business data.
Keep three kinds of information separate
The template gives you space for the original observation, the action taken and the newer evidence. A completed editing task belongs under work done. A dated check of the changed page belongs under evidence. If the evidence is missing, record that openly and assign the next check. This keeps a task status from becoming an unsupported promise.
Adapt the scope to the actual work
If you used Aither Watch, state that it sampled one HTML page and up to seven same-site links. If you separately submitted a test form and confirmed receipt, document that separately with its own time and reference. Do not fill that field from a form-markup result. Remove sections you did not use rather than implying those checks happened.
Share observations without opening the whole account
Attach an exported report or change record after reviewing its contents. A private Aither Watch source link requires the owning account and is not a public client portal. Never ask the client to share your login to view it. The editable template is available without signup and may be adapted for your own client work.
Try it with one real issue
Choose a website you manage, run a signed-in check and track one review item. Record a note and due date, make the authorized change through the website provider, then run a new check. In Follow-ups, compare saved evidence and download the change record. Use the template to summarize what the two observations establish and what they leave open.
Run a free HTML and link sample, then review the findings with your website provider.
