What the preview provides

You can request limited public website checks, keep supported account records, track follow-ups, read guides and contact support. Free accounts can save up to three websites. Usage limits protect the service. Recurring monitoring and paid checkout remain subject to launch readiness; a saved website does not by itself start scheduled checks.

The check reads a limited HTML and link sample, observes robots.txt and does not submit forms. It does not test the entire website, deliverability, authenticated pages or complete customer journeys. It does not certify security, accessibility, legal compliance, SEO results or visibility in AI answers. A follow-up marked done is your recorded status; a later check is needed to establish what was observed to change.

Using your account

Use the service only for websites you own or are authorised to inspect, and provide accurate information. Keep access to your sign-in account secure. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, private access links or sensitive personal data. Automated recurring checks require the supported ownership verification.

Do not use the service to disrupt websites, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful material or collect information without a lawful basis. We may limit or pause abusive use, security incidents or unavailable features. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the action and provide a way to raise a concern.

AI assistance and your work

Astra is an AI assistant. It may help interpret findings and prepare supported account actions. Review its output before relying on it; account changes proposed in the interface require the displayed confirmation. Max handles escalated support, privacy concerns and exceptional business decisions.

You retain your rights in information you provide. You permit Aither and its service providers to process it as needed to supply the service. You may download and use your reports and the public reporting template in your own client work. Do not describe a report as a comprehensive audit or an independent certification.

Price, ending use and changes

The current preview is free. No payment card is required and a pilot enquiry creates no charge. Paid plans, if launched, will require a separate order showing the price, taxes, billing period, cancellation terms and applicable customer rights before payment. These terms do not authorise automatic enrolment in a paid service.

You can stop using the preview, remove saved websites or request deletion of your account data. The preview may change or end; where practical, we will give notice of a material change and an opportunity to download records. It is not offered with a guaranteed uptime or response-time commitment.

Problems, responsibility and mandatory rights

Send service complaints to max@aithergrowth.com or use support. Include the affected report or request reference, without secrets. We will investigate and explain the available remedy.

Checks and AI output have the limitations described above, so keep your own backups and use appropriate professional review for important decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer rights, or prevents you from using a competent court or supervisory authority. There is no guarantee of business revenue, rankings or leads.

The privacy policy explains personal-data use; it is not a request for consent to unrelated marketing. You can save or print this page. New paid services will have their own reviewable terms before you order.
